Scheduling Assistant
The goal of this project was to create an easy and intuitive way for candidates to schedule meetings with recruiters. Based on best practices and user research, I was able to create a feature with a familiar task flow and a modern design.
1. Choose an available date that best fits your schedule.
2. Choose a duration that best suits your needs for the meeting.
3. Choose a time based on the recruiter's availabilty and schedule for that day.
4. When the form pops up, enter the information requested.
5. When finished, either confirm the meeting or cancel to reselect options.
6. Once confirmed, a message containing all of the meeting details will be displayed as well as sent to the email address provided.
After this feature was added to the parent product, it’s use was immediate and there was virtually no need for user instruction or guidance. The implementation process was seamless and our team received nearly 100% positive feedback.
