Recruiter’s Client Portal

The goal of this project was to create a one-stop-shop portal for the clients of recruiters. Based on specific user research, I was able to build this feature, which allows organizations who employ recruiters to view open positions and information about them and to review and consider applicants for those positions.

While this component was only in the prototyping phase before a different project took priority, I had completed all the difficult UX research and design leg work prior to switching gears. Based on the research as well as the feedback and suggestions we received from our users, my team and I were confident that when this project was developed and released, the features and task flow would satisfy and exceed their expectations and needs.
