Modern Recruiting Mobile Application

Since an existing responsive web application with basic services was already in use, the first step for this project was to evaluate the app’s range of capabilities, flow, and overall aesthetic appeal. Once finished with the evaluation, the goal was to implement a more contemporary and intuitive process that included highly sought after added functionality and a more consistent design.

As these mobile updates were only in the prototyping phase before my primary focus was shifted to a different project, I had completed all the necessary research, task flow preparation, and much of the design work. Based on my investigation and user feedback, my team and I were confident that when this project was complete, it would surpass the users’ expectations and needs.
