Applicant Tracking System Branding & UX Update
The goal of this group of tasks was to completely modernize both the brand and the user experience/user interface for a mid-size ATS. This included designing a new logo, creating a new color palette, building a brand guide, and completely re-envisioning both the look and interactions for much of the product.
Brand refresh
The first step of this project was to create a new logo and to build an updated color palette and brand guide to accompany the UX and UI updates that were planned for the software. Beginning with these tasks would ensure a solid foundation for the new and improved interface design.
UX and UI Refresh
The next and final portion of this project was to update many of the primary and fundamental experiences in the product and to modernize the look, feel, and layout of the interface. The focus of these tasks was to streamline processes unique to recruitment software while increasing simplicity and intuitiveness.












These two projects were released in tandem and I played a large role in the launch. After completion of the roll out, the majority of feedback we received was either positive or included ideas that were useful for future product improvements. These assessments from our users confirmed the necessity for a complete reimagination of both the product and the company’s brand.
